What is ICLS?
Individualised Community Living Strategy (ICLS) provides community based support for those on the mental health recovery journey.
Chorus work alongside you on your recovery journey to reach your goals while living independently in the community. This may include support with ongoing clinical and psychosocial needs, developing meaningful social connections and increasing educational, vocational and lifestyle activities.
