Mental Health Services
We support you to create a unique, flexible and personalised mental health plan. We know that for a plan to be successful, it must be your plan, not ours. At the heart of the planning process are identifiable, realistic and achievable goals, with measurable steps of progression, relevant to you.

Recovery Services
We partner with you to plan your road to recovery. We help you set goals, decide your own program and provide the support and opportunity to achieve them.

Community Connections
Chorus offers a range of social activities. Visit new places and meet new people! Social activities are fun ways to try something different, and pursue a hobby or an interest. We can also visit you one-on-one in the home.
